The DFSA is the independent regulator of financial services conducted in or from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), a financial free zone with its own civil and commercial law.
What they do
DFSA authorises and supervises banks, asset managers, insurers and other firms in the DIFC, sets prudential and conduct rules, administers the DIFC's AML regime, and takes enforcement action within the Centre.
