Who they are

The ACSC is a division of the Australian Signals Directorate, the country’s foreign signals intelligence and cyber security agency under the Defence portfolio. Its main function is to collaborate with government, critical infrastructure providers, industry, cyber security practitioners, and the general public to enhance Australia’s cyber resilience.


What they do

Provides cyber-threat intelligence, alerts, and technical advice; provides cyber incident reporting and support services; assists in responding to major cyber incidents; develops mitigation guidance, including Essential Eight; delivers critical infrastructure and government cyber security; performs vulnerability and threat analysis; and collaborates with other industries and international organizations to counter malicious cyber operations.
